Gold River Productions, Inc. Announces Wireless Carrier Approvals, Sale of Digital Media Through Internet Radio Stations, and Board Approval for Forward Split

Gold River Productions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS), a multi-media entertainment and digital content wireless distribution company, announced today it has received approval for the wireless delivery of Gold River Productions Christian content library ( www.christianringtunes.com ), featuring ringtunes/ringtones, wallpaper and full length MP3 digital media from Sprint, AT&T/Cingular and Alltel. In addition T-Mobile and Dobson have been provisioned.

"We are currently testing with Verizon and expect approval on or before February 12, 2008," explains Bruce Caplin, CEO. "We are excited to be weeks away from the US launch of our 'MYGOD' (69463) short-code marketing campaign."

Gold River Productions is also preparing for the launch of downloadable full length singles and albums through its worldwide internet Christian radio stations; www.HighestPowerRadio.com and HigherPowerRadio.com. Gold River Productions, Inc. also announced today that its board of directors has approved a two-for-one forward stock split of the company's common stock, with the record date to be announced soon.

The board and the consenting majority stockholders believe that the forward split is in Gold River's best interests, principally because it may ultimately increase the trading price of the common stock as more shares will be available for the marketplace. An increase in the price of the common stock may, in turn, generate greater investor interest, thereby enhancing the marketability of common stock to the financial community.
