Mr. Gren Schoch, Chairman of the Board of AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX: BOS) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved a dividend of $0.025 per common share to be paid January 25, 2008 to shareholders of record at December 31, 2007.
