Legend Credit Inc. Announces Name Change to Bomani Corp.

Legend Credit Inc., a subsidiary of Legend Mobile Inc. (OTCBB: LGMB), today announced that it has received notice from the State of Delaware that the amendment that was previously filed to its article of incorporation has been accepted. The new name of the company is now Bomani Corp.
With the completion of the name change, Bomani Corp. expects to roll out its new strategic direction focused on the area of combat sports and sports entertainment.
The company currently has certain media rights to a Midwestern based MMA promotion and has made an equity investment in an established MMA promotion based in the Western United States.
Bomani is exploring additional opportunities in mixed martial arts.
