Victoria Edelman Joins Encore Legal Solutions as Director of Training and Development, Web Services

Encore Legal Solutions, a leading national provider of electronic discovery and related services, has named Victoria Edelman its Director of Training and Development, Web Services. Ms. Edelman, who is based in Washington, DC, will assume responsibility for marketing of Encore's Web hosting services and for all of Encore's training and educational outreach efforts, including managing a program offering instruction on best practices in litigation support and eDiscovery to attorneys, paralegals and litigation support professionals.

She managed the Concordance and FYI(TM) Certification Classes, including training, course/staff development, consulting and business development for training services. She has been managing training programs at large law firms and assisting with litigation support software design and development since 1998. Ms. Edelman is a frequent speaker at legal industry trade events and seminars on litigation support technology and e-discovery issues.

Ms. Edelman attended the William & Mary School of Law, where she worked at the Center for Legal and Court Technology (formerly the Courtroom 21 Project). She is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, and Women in eDiscovery. Ms. Edelman is also certified in Concordance, CT Summation, CaseMap and Microsoft Office.
