This partnership enhances the value of RepairMaster by coupling premium technology support from support.com with Warrantech's many hardware service plans, creating a unique set of service plans in the retail marketplace. Retailers will now be able to offer a range of warranty service plans that create a more complete solution set for their customers. RepairMaster's enhanced offering with support.com will assist consumers to extend and maintain the life of their PCs as well as limit annual repair expenses.
A recent support.com research study found that consumers preferred personalized service, fast delivery and remote assistance as the ideal way to help solve PC related problems.
