(PINKSHEETS: RSPG) (the "Company"), a bottler and distributor of natural beverage products and water from the wells of the "Ogallala Aquifer," today announced it has signed an exclusive agreement for private label water with a leading hotel in the greater Los Angeles area. The purchase and supply agreement was signed with the Hilton Woodland Hills -- a proud member of the Hilton Family. The term of the agreement is for one year. Delivery is scheduled for the end of March 2008.
