Sitel Appoints Eric Blassberg as Chief Global Information Officer

Sitel, a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced the appointment of Eric Blassberg to the position of Chief Global Information Officer. Blassberg will be responsible for Sitel's worldwide IT operations and report directly to president and CEO Dave Garner.
Blassberg brings more than 20 years of IT leadership experience to his role as Chief Global Information Officer and has a solid reputation for developing IT staff and strategies that deliver operational ROI and proven vendor and cost management solutions. Throughout his career he has held senior IT positions at JPMorgan Chase, Sears, Roebuck and Co., and most recently served as CIO for Outsourcing Solutions, Inc.
