Xynergy Corporation Fast Tracks Form 10 Filing to Achieve Full Reporting Status

Xynergy Corporation (PINKSHEETS: XYNG) announced today it is on a fast track to becoming a fully reporting '34 act company by expediting its audits and filing its Form 10. The decision to rush this important filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission stems from the Company's acquisition of revolutionary technology in the alternative energy sector as reported last week. The Company recently announced it had acquired 100% of all intellectual property and marketing rights to revolutionary alternative energy technology that has proven to operate small gas powered engines with a small percentage of gasoline and water with a simple conversion apparatus the Company intends on marketing shortly.
