Performance Monitor Releases Research Detailing the Performance Track Record of Seven Leading SAP Systems Integrators
Market Wire, February, 2008
Choosing the right SAP systems integrator for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiative is a critical decision with long-term impact on business performance. Performance Monitor LLC has released the results of its extensive research to help organizations determine which SAP systems integrator is the best match for their organization.
Performance Monitor, an independent research firm, interviewed more than 800 business and IT professionals over the last three years to obtain a comprehensive view into the performance of the leading SAP systems integrators: Accenture, BearingPoint, Capgemini, CSC, Deloitte, IBM, and SAP Consulting.
"Clients rarely feel 100% secure when making decisions of this magnitude," says Paul Reynolds, Chief Research Officer of Performance Monitor. "The aim of this research is to give decision makers the necessary information to find the best match for their project."
Each guide highlights the strengths and weaknesses of a particular SAP systems integrator. "The guides don't portray my opinion of how each integrator performs but rather reveal patterns in performance based on dozens of client experiences," Reynolds says. "The guides express the voice of the clients."
Performance Monitor research addresses the end-to-end delivery experience, including the effectiveness of the integrators' project teams, on-time delivery, and post go-live preparedness. Reynolds adds, "This research focuses exclusively on the delivery experience and identifies patterns in performance that aren't revealed in other evaluation methods."
For a limited time the SAP Buyer's Guide are available for free on the Performance Monitor website: www.performancemonitor.net/main.php?content=SAP_buyers_guides .
