Winners of the 2008 Cincom and University of Cincinnati Spirit of Enterprise MBA Business Plan Competition Announced

The University of Michigan (UM) took 1st place at the 2008 University of Cincinnati (UC) Spirit of Enterprise MBA Business Plan Competition, winning the Cincom Systems Spirit of Enterprise $10,000 Champion Award and an automatic invitation to the 2008 MOOT Corp Super Bowl of World Business Plan Competition with over $100,000 in total prizes at stake. Indiana University, University of Oregon and University of Wisconsin won awards in the Final Four Championship Round.
The UM team of Angelo Adams, Ambra Heard, Sherman Powell, Parren James, and Ben Kozma presented their business plan titled ArmyProperty.com , a military inventory tracking system, to an esteemed panel of bankers, venture capitalists and business leaders in a hotly contested and well-fought battle of ideas from some of the best and brightest in top collegiate North American business schools.

The 2008 UC Spirit of Enterprise MBA Business Plan Competition, hosted and sponsored by Cincom Systems, is an invitational forum for next generation entrepreneurs to "road test" business-venture concepts -- ideas that may have a powerful effect on business and the world.
