Quebecor Media and its Subsidiaries Intend to File Their Annual Reports on Form 20-F by the End of March 2008

Further to the press release issued today by Quebecor Inc. announcing that it will delay the release of its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007, together with the related documents, Quebecor Media would like to clarify that it still intends to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007 as well as those of its subsidiaries Sun Media Corporation and Videotron Ltd., with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the end of March 2008.
