Market Wire, March, 2008

Salon City, Inc. (OTCBB: SLON), the first publicly-traded media company to brand its unique content of beauty entertainment to consumers, announced that on 27 March its common stock was approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to be listed and traded on the OTC Bulletin Board®. Salon City's OTCBB trading commenced on 28 March under the new trading symbol of SLON.OB

The OTCBB is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) securities. OTCBB securities include national, regional, and foreign equity issues, warrants, units, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and Direct Participation Programs (DPPs).

Salon City Inc. became a public company in June 2006 and has been fully reporting since that time. Steven Casciola, president and CEO of Salon City, Inc., explained that, "Our listing on the OTCBB makes Salon City securities available to a broader range of investors and market makers. We also expect it to have a positive effect on the liquidity of our common stock. We're very excited to finally have our listing in place."

Additional news on Salon City's uplisting and OTCBB trading will be released as it becomes available.
