About Charles Pavlounis

Charles Pavlounis is the Chief Risk Officer for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), a position he has held since September 2007. During his tenure with D&B, Mr. Pavlounis has taken on increased leadership responsibilities. He has had accountability for the various enterprise risk management functions including, internal audit, SOX compliance, strategic risk management and corporate compliance.

Mr. Pavlounis joined D&B with nearly 16 years of professional experience. Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Pavlounis was Assistant Controller & Director of Internal Control Compliance at The Interpublic Group of Companies, where he was responsible for all aspects of SOX compliance. Mr. Pavlounis also held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and operations at Mercer Consulting, Inc. (Mercer). Before joining Mercer, Mr. Pavlounis spent seven years with KPMG in various capacities.
