Chalk Appoints Public Relations Consultant

Chalk Media Corp. ("Chalk") (TSX VENTURE: CKM) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has retained the services of Mr. Sheldon Swaye of Toronto, Ontario to provide various investor relations and financial public relations services to Chalk. The retainer is for six months and may be renewed by agreement of the parties.

Mr. Swaye has been actively providing investor relations and public relations services to many clients over the past 15 years. Mr. Swaye will assist the Company in disseminating information on Chalk and its products and services to brokers, investment dealers, portfolio managers, analysts, and members of the media and financial community. In consideration for such services Mr. Swaye will be paid a monthly fee of $4,000. Also, subject to regulatory approval, Chalk has agreed to grant Mr. Swaye 400,000 incentive stock options, with 200,000 exercisable at $0.20, 100,000 exercisable at $0.30, 50,000 exercisable at $0.45, and 50,000 exercisable at $0.50. The options will vest over an 18 month period.
