Atlantis Technology Group (OTCBB: ATNO) announced today that all shareholders owning 100,000 shares of common stock of ATNO will receive 6 free months of GOTV IPTV service, up to a $180.00 value, added to their 2 year contract with Global Online Television. This benefit was agreed to unanimously by the board of directors on March 31st, 2008.
CEO Christopher Dubeau states, "It is the intent of the Board of Directors, by giving this benefit to shareholders, for them to become subscribers of the GOTV IPTV service and take part in the investment they have made," and went on to state, "It is also the intent of the Board of Directors at the same time to give an opportunity to the GOTV subscribers to establish an investment in the company they are receiving service from."
