Over 300 Attend the Jamieson Grand Opening

Market Wire, April, 2008

A recent article in the Washington Business Journal reported that condominium sales are inching upward, and last week The Jamieson Condominiums in Old Town Alexandria was poised to take advantage of this trend with a grand opening that attracted over 300 visitors.

Visitors to the elegant evening event toured the studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom models, enjoyed a variety of food from Windows Catering, and were entertained by a local string quartet. "This was a successful preview event, and we were delighted that so many people took time to learn about the benefits of living in a condominium/hotel environment," stressed Kristi Torgler, Director of Sales and Marketing with Regent Partners, the developer. Torgler added that being above the Westin Alexandria means that The Jamieson residents may access a variety of the hotel's services including valet parking, room service, maid service, health club and fitness center, and a la carte catering.
