Lacey Caldwell Joins the Connect2 Communications Team

Connect2 Communications, a firm specializing in targeted technology public relations, today announced the addition of Lacey Caldwell to their public relations team. Caldwell will serve as an Account Director with the primary responsibility of driving client public relations and marketing programs that translate corporate core-values and goals into executable communications plans -- a keystone at Connect2 Communications. These programs span a wide variety of telecommunications markets including IMS, VoIP, fixed-mobile convergence, enterprise mobility solutions and service delivery platforms.

Since the start of her career, Caldwell has managed marketing, education, public relations and business development programs for some of the biggest names in the telecommunications industry. Caldwell served as a Conference Development and Marketing Consultant for NXTcomm, LLC, producer of one of the largest communications industry tradeshows, and as Director of Content and Education for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). In these positions, she worked to make a name for TIA and their events within industry-leading companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T, Cisco Systems, Motorola, Tellabs and Verizon.

Since receiving her B.A. from the University of California Santa Cruz, and her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Caldwell has worked to fine-tune her public relations and marketing expertise in the telecom industry. Aside from her work with NXTcomm LLC and the TIA, Caldwell has also spent time with Warren Communications news, TeleStrategies Inc., TeleManagement Forum and SmartMark Communications. During her tenure at these organizations, Caldwell successfully spearheaded multiple industry-wide events and programs, and developed and managed several key marketing programs -- some resulting in an 88% increase in revenue.
