RHJ International Signs a Joint Venture Agreement with Mitsubishi Corporation to Establish a Consulting Company in Management & Information Communication Technology in Japan

RHJ International ("RHJI") and Mitsubishi Corporation ("Mitsubishi") announced a definitive agreement to form a joint venture aimed at creating a leading consulting company in Management and Information Communication Technology in Japan.
This joint venture will leverage both companies' vast industrial knowledge and expertise in operating businesses, as well as its broad client access, to become a leading consulting company in supporting its future clients to increase corporate value, using leading-edge Information Communication Technologies.
Under the terms of the agreement, the initial capital contribution will amount to JPY 2 billion. RHJI and Mitsubishi will hold respectively 49% and 51% percent ownership. The new entity will be headquartered in Tokyo.
