AVST to Host Fourth Annual Oasis Conference in Las Vegas
Market Wire, May, 2008
Continuing its mission to educate channel partners and business leaders on the benefits of Unified Communications, Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) , a leading provider of Unified Communications solutions, today announced its annual reseller conference, the AVST Oasis 2008. Now in its fourth year, the event attracts senior level decision-makers from AVST's top channel partners around the world and takes place this week, May 6-9, 2008, at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev.
AVST designed the Oasis event to educate its highly influential channel partners on its newest product offerings and sales initiatives, discuss the corporate roadmap for the coming year and provide a forum for channel partners to network together to exchange ideas and share best practices. This year's event will feature an overview of the market by AVST's President & CEO, Hardy Myers . Myers will provide AVST channel partners with important product roadmap updates focusing on new CallXpress® features and future product plans as well as updates to the company's channel program. In addition, the AVST Oasis will arm partners with valuable competitive intelligence and provides attendees an opportunity to meet one-on-one with senior AVST management to share their thoughts and insights.
"The Oasis is a great place to learn about the latest innovations in Unified Communications, network with the industry's top professionals, and obtain critical CallXpress product information," said AVST's Vice President of Marketing, Denny Michael. "The primary purpose of this conference is to arm our valuable partners with the best tools and resources to help them to be fully equipped to develop solid and comprehensive communications strategies for their end-users."
This year's Oasis event follows on the heels of the successful release of CallXpress 7.91 and much of the focus of the event will be directed at highlighting new features and key benefits of AVST's powerful Unified Communications platform. CallXpress 7.91 is designed with a host of new features that address the needs of multi-site organizations and market demands for greater capacity and interoperability with the latest IP-PBX, groupware and server technology.
The event will culminate with the 4th Annual Awards Banquet, which will celebrate outstanding partner achievements for 2007.
