VeriWave Joins Verizon Business and Mesh City at DISA Customer Partnership Conference
Market Wire, May, 2008
VeriWave, Inc., leading provider of mobile performance benchmarking solutions, and Mesh City, will join Verizon Business May 5-9 at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Customer Partnership Conference, booth 907, to demonstrate their commitment to the delivery of battlefield-ready secure and reliable networks. The DISA Customer Partnership Conference is held in Orlando, FL. at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. The theme of this year's DISA event is titled, "Imagine 1 Force - Connected," VeriWave and Mesh City will highlight cooperation, reliability, security and always-on networking to maximize end-user Quality of Experience (QoE).
-- Mesh City's flxMesh Wireless Systems (TM) networks provide secure,
cost-effective wireless Internet connectivity using the latest Wi-Fi
technology with the lowest latency.
-- VeriWave's offers test solutions to verify the quality, resiliency,
and reliability of mission-critical wireless networks. VeriWave's WaveTest
20 system will be on display showing how network equipment vendors,
integrators and service providers can measure and ensure mobile performance
of wireless and wired networks.
"We had the opportunity to test the capabilities of the VeriWave testing system for our FlxMesh® wireless mesh products. We were impressed with the system's capability to test our FlxMesh® for real time traffic conditions, performance and reliability," said George Samuel, President and CEO, Mesh City Wireless. "This type of testing gives us a competitive advantage by assuring that the product performs to the design specifications over the entire FlxMesh® platform prior to delivery to our customers."
"We are delighted to be working with MeshCity in demonstrating the resiliency, reliability, and performance that wireless networks can provide to the war-fighter," said Eran Karoly, VeriWave vice president marketing. "Through extensive use of test systems during the development phase, Mesh City is demonstrating its uncompromising commitment to quality and reliability."
VeriWave's WaveTest solution is differentiated by allowing testers to recreate real-world network conditions while utilizing realistic traffic profiles, as will be experienced in the field. This allows the users to pre-qualify the end-user experience as they design networks, prior to deploying them. VeriWave's suite of tests for government and other vertical industries enable tailored benchmarking to help speed deployment and minimize surprises as new solutions are introduced into live networks.
