Market Wire, May, 2008

Today, RetirementJobs.com, Inc. -- the #1 career website for job-seekers age 50 -- announced the addition to its team of four influential leaders from advocacy groups, government, academia, and the online recruiting industry.

"It is a true privilege to be joined by such a high caliber group of people. The perspectives they bring will be critical to the continued success of RetirementJobs.com, and each of them shares our enormous passion for helping people more easily secure meaningful employment at this later career stage," said founder and CEO Tim Driver.

Joining RetirementJobs.com's veteran executive team is Jocelyn Talbot, the former senior vice president of sales at Monster.com. She joins the firm as Vice President of Sales in its new headquarters in Waltham, MA. Joining as Corporate Advisory Board members are Deborah Russell, Director of Workforce Issues at AARP; Max Stier, President and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service in Washington, D.C.; and Marcie Pitt-Catsouphes Ph.D., and Michael Smyer, Ph.D., Co-Directors of the Boston College Center on Aging and Work/Workplace Flexibility in Newton, MA.

During Ms. Talbot's ten-year tenure as SVP of Sales at Monster.com, she was the driving force behind the unprecedented growth of the Inside Sales and Government Solutions Divisions.

Ms. Russell leads an AARP team that focuses on issues affecting individuals 50 by developing information, programs, technical assistance, and practical research. Russell manages the AARP "Best Employers for Workers Over 50" program and the AARP National Employer Team program.

Mr. Stier's Partnership for Public Service is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to revitalizing our federal government by inspiring new generations to serve and by transforming the way government works. Having worked as a staffer, and as an attorney in the U.S. Congress, U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. Supreme Court, and the Departments of Justice, and Housing and Urban Development, Mr. Stier has served in all three branches of the Federal Government.

Dr. Pitt-Catsouphes and Dr. Smyer head Boston College's Center for Aging and Work/Workplace Flexibility, a leading research organization. The center also engages businesses in the adoption, implementation, and utilization of flexible work options for older workers.
