Unity Wireless Names Doron Shachar as New CFO

Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB: UTYW), today announced the appointment of Mr. Doron Shachar as its new CFO.
Doron Shachar, Unity's CFO, commented: "I am joining the company at a critical time of completing the company's restructuring process of establishing our headquarters in our facility in Israel, moving our Asia activity to India and forming a stronger presence in India. This restructuring should reduce the cost of running operations and will allow the company to focus on its main strengths and markets."
Mr. Shachar, 39, brings with him 10 years experience in CFO and COO roles in both public and private companies, Including Organitech Inc. and Surf Communication Solutions. Mr. Shachar holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A from Haifa University.
