Running Fox Resource Corp. has completed the 100% acquisition of Accurate Technologies an Alberta wireline company which will operate as a subsidiary of Running Fox.

Consideration is 2.4 million common shares, with hold periods expiring as to 25% every six months from May 26, 2008.

The management team of Accurate will remain and continue with Running Fox. In connection with the transaction, Robert Matheson, BSc. (Geology), MBA, has been appointed to the Running Fox Board of Directors and as the Chief Financial Officer to replace Chris Loosley who will step down as a director and officer to pursue private business interests. The Company thanks Mr. Loosley for his positive involvement in the Company.

Accurate Technologies brings strong personnel and technical expertise, and a significant equipment and asset base to Running Fox.

Accurate currently owns five electric line trucks and one swabbing unit.

This transaction also adds in-house personnel and specialty equipment capabilities for growth in Running Fox's oil and natural gas exploration and production unit. Its services will also be useful for uranium exploration and resource quantification.
