Dynamic Leisure Corp. Signs Wholesale Merchant Contract With InterContinental Hotels Group

Dynamic Leisure Corporation (OTCBB: DYLI), a leading wholesaler and online technology-based leisure travel packager, announced today that it has entered into a wholesale merchant contract with InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG) (LSE: IHG) (NYSE: IHG), one of the world's largest hotel groups by number of rooms, based in London, England. Under the terms of the agreement, Dynamic has the rights to market, sell and create travel packages inclusive of all brands within the IHG portfolio of hotels and resorts.
The agreement with Dynamic includes seven brands: InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Crowned Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo®, Holiday Inn® Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn Express®, Staybridge Suites® and Candlewood Suites®. IHG also manages the world's largest hotel loyalty program, Priority Club® Rewards, with over 37 million members worldwide. Hotels and resorts operate in over 100 countries, and strengthen Dynamic's servicing of key destinations, including Greater China, Japan, the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Mexico.
According to Mintel/Travel & Tourism Intelligence/IHG analysis, branded hotels are growing at three times the rate of unbranded. Chairman & CEO of Dynamic Leisure Corp.
