New Version of Vindicia Software Puts Business Users in the Driver's Seat

Vindicia, a leading provider of on-demand payment management software, today announced it has released a new version of its integrated billing and fraud management solution. With new portal-based functionality designed specifically for business users, this latest version puts the power of Vindicia's solution directly in the hands of business professionals.

With this release, business users can:

--  Quickly and easily administer billing plans to optimize customer
    acquisition and retention efforts -- for example, create new pricing
    strategies, launch promotion plans and set rules around customer
    notifications;
--  Manage product configurations to create new plans, update existing
    ones and delete unnecessary ones; and
--  Update customer account information such as payment method and billing
    frequency. Customer account managers can also use the portal to issue
    refunds, especially if chargebacks are occurring.
    

All of these new capabilities support role-based access control, giving organizations the ability to set usage privileges according to job title and area of responsibility. For example, customer service representatives might have read-only access to billing plans, whereas business managers might have full read and write privileges.

Vindicia CashBox(TM) now also supports bi-directional electronic check processing in both the United States and Canada. Known as ACH in the United States, this enables merchants to automate money transfers from user accounts to merchant accounts and vice-versa, while simultaneously shielding merchants from the complexity of settlement and eliminating development effort.
