The webinar will feature Dr. Gopi Gopinath, a renowned expert on FAA compliance. Dr. Gopinath retired in 2004 after 36 years with the Boeing Company in Seattle, WA where he last held the position of Director of Engineering for Commercial Airplanes (Structures and PayLoads). In this position he was responsible for Engineering design, analysis, certification and safety activities of all commercial airplane models, their derivatives and post-delivery support to airline customers. He was also responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and ensuring the right skill sets are in place for designing, integrating, building, certifying and delivering airplane products and chaired a number of industry and FAA committees. Dr. Gopinath has received awards from the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics in recognition of his contributions to the aerospace industry. He is currently an advisor to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global partner to MetricStream.
