Red Hawk Casino to Open Temporary Employment and Training Center on July 7

Red Hawk Casino announced today that its Temporary Employment and Training Center will open on Monday, July 7, in El Dorado Hills to assist interested parties with the online job application process. Individuals with computer access are encouraged to apply for jobs by using the online application system at www.redhawkcasino.com . Computers are also available at the Job One, OneStop Center, 4535 Missouri Flat Road, Suite 1A, Placerville, and at local libraries. Interested applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Applicants will be asked to create a profile, including a user name and password. Once the profile is complete, individuals can fill out an online application. Positions will be posted on the Web site based on hiring dates. Positions will include management, food and beverage, gaming, finance, facilities, marketing, security, IT, retail and surveillance jobs. A total of 1,750 new employees are expected to be hired between now and when the casino opens.

Applicants may return to the Web site as often as they like to check on current job openings. Applicants with resumes may upload an electronic version of their resume to the Web site. Printed resumes will not be accepted at the employment center.

The Temporary Employment and Training Center will allow those without computer access an opportunity to apply for a job at Red Hawk Casino. Applicants who visit the center will be directed to a computer to fill out a profile and application. Staff will also be available to assist with the application process. A limited number of computers will be available.
