Minister Ritz to Hold Media Teleconference from Russia

Federal Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz will hold a media teleconference from Moscow, Russia today.

While in Moscow from June 21 to 24, Minister Ritz met with Russian Agriculture Minister Alexey Gordeyev to discuss issues of interest to both governments and promote bilateral trade in agri-food.

Minister Ritz also attended meetings with government officials, Canadian business representatives and key agriculture sector importers to improve market access and seek new trade opportunities for the Canadian livestock sector.
