Worldwide Strategies, Inc. Moves Closer to Launching Mobility Technology Solution and Introducing WiMax Enabled Product Offering

Worldwide Strategies, Inc. (OTCBB: WWSG) today announced moving closer to launching the Mobility Technology Solution previously announced in its agreement with NewMarket Technology, Inc. Together the companies are progressing toward the launch of a WiMax enabled product offering later this year.
NewMarket Technology entered into an agreement to acquire a 51% interest in Worldwide as part of a comprehensive plan to build an independently listed Mobility Technology subsidiary. On Monday, NewMarket Technology announced an agreement to acquire Everex:
