Prosys Announces the Signature of a Letter of Intent for the Purchase of its Computer Assembly Division

Prosys-Tech Corporation ("Prosys") (TSX VENTURE: POZ) - Following its announcement dated May 9, 2008, the Corporation's management declares that they are presently in extended negotiations with an arm's length party after the signature of a letter of intent in order to conclude a binding agreement of sale of its computer assembly division "Prosys-Tec Computers Inc." If a binding agreement of sale intervenes between the parties, it should be concluded within the first quarter of the financial year.
