Medical Nutrition USA, Inc. Appoints Scientific Director

Medical Nutrition USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDNU) today announced the appointment of Jennifer Sallit R.D., Ph.D. as Associate Scientific Director. Dr. Sallit was previously employed by FMC Biopolymer and was an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University, where she taught courses in nutrition. Dr. Sallit has spent the last decade in nutritional research and in her new position will work under the guidance of Arnold Gans, Chief Scientific Officer.
