Los Angeles Unified School District Selects Harris Computer a Subsidiary of Constellation Software for On-Going Support of Adult and Career Student Information System

Harris Computer Systems ("Harris"), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that the Los Angeles Unified School District's (LAUSD) Division of Adult and Career Education has selected Harris' KnowledgeCore group to provide ongoing licenses and support for its AIM-Student Relationship Management product.

The LAUSD's Division of Adult and Career Education provides learning opportunities and employment training to adults and in-and out-of-school youth. The Division serves more than 400,000 students with branches throughout the Los Angeles area.

Services are scheduled to begin on July 1, 2008.
