EURO Ressources S.A. (TSX: EUR) (Paris: EUR) today announced the results of the annual ordinary and extraordinary meeting of shareholders held in Paris on Thursday, June 26. The total number of shares present and represented at the meeting was 15,870,561 (26.19%) being a quorum for both the ordinary and the extraordinary meeting.
All of the resolutions were passed with the results for each of the resolutions as follows:
