Miracle Capital Ltd. Acquires Shares of Slocan-Rambler Mines (1947) Limited

Miracle Capital Ltd. wishes to announce the completion of the acquisition of an aggregate of 1,603,281 common shares of Slocan-Rambler Mines (1947) Limited (the "Company").

As a result of the completion of the acquisitions, Miracle Capital Ltd. now owns 1,603,281 common shares of the Company, representing 84.5% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Miracle Capital Ltd. effected the transaction for investment purposes.

The common shares of the Company are not currently listed on any exchange. Miracle Capital Ltd. may, depending on market and other conditions, each increase or decrease his respective beneficial ownership, control or direction over common shares of the Company, through market transactions, private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise.

Miracle Capital Ltd. has filed a report describing the above acquisitions with the Ontario Securities Commission, copies of which shall be sent promptly to anyone who requests them from Miracle Capital Ltd. as noted below.
