Breaking News -- U.S. Flag of Honor to Fly on Private Aircraft From Hooks Airport

The United States Flag of Honor is to fly to Teague, Texas this morning from a small regional airport in Spring, Texas, David Wayne Hooks Airport. A secure staging area has been pre-arranged for media, fire and police agencies. The Flag is being sent to honor fallen Fire Chief Robert Knight; Knight was the second firefighter killed in the line of duty in Texas this year. This is the first time the United States Flag of Honor has traveled on a non-commercial jet. American Airlines has flown the Flag to over 50 cites since October 2007.
