Greenpark Group Clarification

The Greenpark Group of Companies and its related entities, generally known as "Greenpark" and "Greenpark Homes", wishes to clarify that it has no relationship with "Green Park International Inc." and "Green Mount International Inc.", two Quebec-based companies being sued by villagers in a small Palestinian community for building condos in the West Bank.

The Greenpark Group of Companies, which includes Greenpark Homes, carries out all of its business and construction operations solely in the Province of Ontario. We specifically wish it to be known that we have no relationship, affiliation or investment, either direct or indirect, with any entity carrying on business and construction anywhere outside of the Province of Ontario, including the Middle East.

We have, through legal counsel, taken steps to request the Quebec corporation, "Green Park International" change its name, so as to avoid any confusion with our business operations.

We respectfully invite and encourage, all media outlets to take appropriate steps, when reporting on any activity of these Quebec corporations, or the lawsuit arising from their alleged Middle Eastern activities, to clarify the fact that we, at the Greenpark Group of Companies, are not related in any way to Green Park International Inc. and Green Mount International Inc., the defendants in the above-mentioned lawsuit.

The Greenpark Group of Companies is a Canadian family-owned business which has been building homes, both low-rise and high-rise, as well as industrial/commercial properties, throughout the Greater Toronto Area for over 40 years.
