To commemorate the achievement the popular online retailer announced a surprise giveaway of more than $13,000 to 1,000-plus lucky reviewers with the generous support of vendor partner Hanns-G.

The giveaways reward several distinguished members of the Newegg community. The one millionth reviewer will receive a $5,000 shopping spree on newegg.com after reviewing Hanns-G's HG-281DBP 28" Widescreen LCD HDMI Monitor. Also recognized are the very first customer review author and the customer with the largest number of reviews of Newegg products. More than 1,000 customers who submitted reviews on the day the milestone was reached will receive limited edition gifts to commemorate the big day.
