Quest Energy Partners Raises Quarterly Distribution to $0.43 per Unit and Declares Distribution for the Second Quarter of 2008

Quest Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: QELP) today announced a quarterly cash distribution for the second quarter of 2008 of $0.43 per unit for all of its outstanding units. On an annualized basis, the distribution represents an $0.08 per unit, or approximately 5%, increase over the distribution paid for the first quarter of 2008. The distribution will be payable on August 14, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on August 4, 2008.
