Molson Coors Brewing Company (TSX: TAP.A)(TSX: TAP.B)(NYSE: TAP) today declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.20 per share, payable on September 15, 2008 to shareholders of record on August 29, 2008. The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" common stock of Molson Coors Brewing Company, as well as to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" exchangeable shares of Molson Coors Canada Inc.
