Blaze Energy Corporation Files Form 10

Blaze Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BLZE), a majority-owned subsidiary of Environmental Energy Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESV), announced today that it has filed its Form 10 registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a fully reporting entity.
By virtue of filing the registration statement, the company is making an application with the SEC to register its common stock under the provisions of Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Upon the effectiveness of the Form 10 application, the company intends to seek the listing of its common stock for trading on NASDAQ's over-the-counter bulletin board (OTCBB). A copy of the Form 10 may be obtained through the SEC, or its website at www.sec.gov .
