DETAILS: For most organizations, employee business expenses, including
travel and entertainment (T&E), payroll cards and fleet are
essential, yet represent the second largest expense after
labor. To process these expenses using manual or outdated
processes is time consuming and worse, less accurate than an
automated expense reporting system, leaving an organization at
risk of fraud as well as in violation of corporate polices and
IRS requirements.
An automated expense management solution provides a mechanism
for the approval and audit of T&E and other business expenses
relative to corporate governance and financial reporting
requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley. Additionally, with
automated tools that support and streamline the expense
reporting and reimbursement processes such as receipts digital
filing and mobile devices, organizations can improve the
management of their overall business expenditures and, in many
cases, reduce costs.
This Webinar presentation, co-hosted by two industry experts,
will help organizations understand the IRS' requirements
related to expense reporting and reimbursements, how to keep
pace with IRS regulations and ensure compliance, achieve
greater control over costs and gain visibility into employee
business expenses and spending patterns.
Following the Webinar, upon completion of a brief survey,
attendees will receive one RCH (recertification credit hour)
and a white paper entitled, "Working it Out: How Today's
Organizations Use Mobile Enterprise Solutions and Enable
Workers to Take the Office with Them."
