Kelly Services Acquires Toner Graham

Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB), a global human resources solutions provider, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Toner Graham, a specialized accountancy and finance recruitment service company headquartered in the United Kingdom.

Established in 1994, Toner Graham is one of the fastest growing accountancy recruitment businesses in the UK. The company recruits finance professionals at all levels from the mid-level manager up to CFOs for permanent and temporary/interim roles. As part of the transaction, the Toner Graham management team will continue to lead this business segment of Kelly Services UK.
