IAS Energy, Inc. Exercises Its Option to Earn a 60% Interest in Power Telecom (www.video1314.com)

IAS Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: IASCA) is pleased to announce that the Company has exercised its third option and will own a 60% interest in Power Telecom Limited. IAS Energy, Inc. has paid US$150,000 and issued 10 million treasury shares. Power Telecom owns a 100% interest in www.video1314.com . IAS Energy, Inc. has an option to purchase up to a 100% interest in the private Hong Kong company.
Video1314.com is a Hong Kong based company that is a Chinese Web 2.0 platform similar to YouTube ( www.youtube.com ) and has launched a Chinese version of Market Place. Video1314's Chinese platform will be expanded as Video1314 plans to launch across Asia in Japanese, Korean and English. Video1314 will grow its business to offer photo and audio sharing for its members. Video1314 focuses on three main areas:
- Free online photo, video and audio sharing,
- A marketplace (similar to Alibaba.com) to buy and sell goods using video, photo and audio technologies
- High resolution TV programs that can be watched over the Internet
Video1314.com has increased the hits to its site from 4 million in November 2007 to 14 million in July 2008.
Samuel Kam, Vice President of Internet Development for IAS Energy, Inc., states, "Our goal is to increase the monthly hits to 50 million per month by the end of 2008 and to generate revenue from advertising."

Video1314.com is a Chinese Web 2.0 platform similar to YouTube. Video1314 has plans to expand its Chinese platform and launch across Asia in Japanese, Korean and English. Besides Video, photo and audio sharing capabilities, Video1314 plans to grow its business to offer a C2C, B2C and B2B marketplace to buy and sell goods for its members.
