Enforta Has Connected the 20,000th Corporate Client
Market Wire, September, 2008
The Russian national wireless broadband operator 'Enforta' is pleased to announce that it is celebrating the registration of its 20,000th corporate subscriber. This event has special value for Enforta since it occurs on the threshold of the fifth anniversary of its foundation.
The young Irkutsk company 'Baikal Technologies,' which is engaged in web and software development, became the 20,000th subscriber. According to the Chief Commercial Officer of Enforta's Irkutsk branch Gennady Pavlov, it was critically important for the client to receive connection on a timely basis due to the relocation of the office. "Thanks to the use of wireless access technology we easily solve such problems, connecting subscribers in short provisioning intervals and providing all necessary support should a subscriber relocate to a new facility," Gennady Pavlov commented. "We wish our 20,000th client great success in their new location."
"The obtainment of 20,000 business subscribers is a significant event for Enforta and a landmark in the development of our company," said Oleg Taynov, Chief Commerical Officer. "In October we will celebrate Enforta's 5th birthday. Simultaneously the company is concluding its most ambitious undertaking, having successfully launched 43 new cities this year. From the beginning of our commercial launch in 2005 we have started operations in 68 Russian cities, and we have rendered high-quality telecommunication services to 20,000 Russian companies. Our success speaks for itself, and our plans for the future are no less ambitious."
Enforta also renders services of broadband access to the consumer market under the brand "Enter" in a number of cities. The consumer client base now exceeds 8,500 subscribers.
A distinctive strength of the company is the pride and care provided to our customers. "Our client base is a subject of both pride and care," Oleg Taynov explains. "We aspire not only to provide services to new customers, but also carefully serve the changing needs of our existing customers as they expand and prosper. We guarantee to our subscribers a high quality of our service, a high level of care, and a friendly communications 'partnership.' We are assured that such approach will establish Enforta amongst the 'first choice operators' for our subscribers as they grow and develop."
