Axcess Engages New CFO

Axcess Medical Imaging Corporation, headquartered in Sarasota with centers in Venice, Bradenton and Sarasota, announces the appointment of Ms. Kay Carter as Chief Financial Officer for the company effective October 1, 2008. Ms. Carter will be a key member of Axcess's Executive Management team responsible for the financial operations of the company and involved in overall corporate strategic planning.

She brings to Axcess over 20 years' experience as CFO and VP of Finance for public and private companies.
