Can Online Education Help Meet Workforce Needs?

An educated and skilled workforce is essential to the long-term prosperity of our country and our citizenry. When Bill Parisen decided to return to school to complete his bachelor's degree, he was concerned about how to fit education into a hectic life that already included kids, coaching, and a busy career at Hewlett Packard.
