Strait Gold Amends Warrants

Strait Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: SRD) has amended the terms of 800,000 warrants issued to a private Peruvian company. The warrants' expiry date has been extended to April 20, 2009, from October 20, 2008, and the warrants' exercise price has been increased to $0.60 from $0.50. Each warrant, when exercised, is exchangeable for one common share of the Company.
