On October 14th, we announced the name change from Intellihome, Inc. to Atlas Oil and Gas, Inc. and the symbol change from IHME to ATOG. Filing our 8K conforms to SEC reporting rules and allows our potential investors to feel more secure with the trading of Atlas stock.
