Shareholder class action lawsuits have been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado against The Spectranetics Corporation ("Spectranetics" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: SPNC) and certain of its officers and directors on behalf of purchasers of Spectranetics common stock, who purchased shares between April 19, 2007 and September 4, 2008 inclusive (the "Class Period").
