Ken Georgetti, President of the Canadian Labour Congress, will make a major announcement on behalf of the labour movement and the 3.2 million workers whose unions form the CLC.
The announcement will be part of Mr. Georgetti's keynote address to the national convention of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada at the Palais des Congres de Montreal. His speech is scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. in the main hall.
The Canadian Labour Congress, the national voice of the labour movement, represents 3.2 million Canadian workers.
